PARSOL Deliverables - Expert System Advice

PARSOL has developed a set of Q&A scripts (Planning Permission Enquiry Scripts) that have been implemented in authority websites in order to answer the question, "Do I need planning permission?". Intelligent web-based systems have been developed to utilise the scripts and these are linked to the back office systems at each authority in order to ensure the most definitive answer possible. The system includes questions related to householders and small businesses. It also covers associated queries in relation to building regulation.
