PARSOL Deliverables - Best Practice Review

The objective of this project was to undertake research to identify current "best practice" in local government in using information technology to support, develop and inprove the four key service areas of planning, building control, environmental health and trading standards. It therefore provides a primary building block for the other PARSOL projects and information for local authorities.
