e-Planning Service Delivery Standards
have been replaced by the "Better
Planning Services Standards 2006, Delivery
through technology" which were published
by PARSOL in June 2006. You can view the

ces-standards.pdf
A self assessment toolkit for the new
standards has been provided on the NeSDS
(National e-Service Delivery Standards
pages of the esd-toolkit website (www.esd.org.uk/esdtoolkit/Tree/Root.aspx?list=sds).
You will need to register to use the esd-toolkit
site if you have not already done so.
