PARSOL Deliverables - Baseline Survey & PPA (Pendleton) Website Review

The PARSOL Baseline Survey provides an up to date snap shot of local authorities use of ICT from a planning, building control, environmental health, trading standards and IT perspective. A response rate of at least 50% of all local authorities in England was achieved for each service area. For each of the services the survey provides information on whether authorities expect to meet the 2005 target and the barriers to implementation. PARSOL has also purchased the publishing rights to a survey of local authority planning websites indicating individual local authorities' progress in meeting criteria.
