More recently, the organisation has become involved in a number of national projects such as Planning and Regulatory Services On-Line project (PARSOL) and the Mobile Working project, NOMAD.
Proposed Approach
Entec Si consultants have already gained first hand experience in developing and applying the approach for the assessment of Local Authorities against the e-Planning Service Delivery Standards.
The proposed approach would follow the stages outlined below. These stages are to be finalised in agreement with each Local Authority.

Entec Si Ltd has developed a methodology / toolkit that has been applied successfully in Harborough District Council. This methodology / toolkit can be utilised by any of the following consultants to undertake these reviews at any Local Authority.
The composition of the team would be determined through the requirements of the Local Authority and dependent upon the resources available within the Council to assist with the review process.
It is anticipated that the process would require one individual with overall responsibility for the delivery of this commission and other resources to undertake the work as defined in the approach outlined above. It is anticipated that the Project Manager / Business Analyst resource to undertake the majority of the interviews and the delivery of the products as outlined in the approach.
