Online Publication of Planning & BC Register Data

The 2nd edition of the guidance to local authorities on publishing information on planning and building control registers and databases has now been published.

The guidance notes, produced in collaboration with the Information Commissioner's Office, give advice to local authorities on the measures they need to take to help to ensure that they comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
