Service Delivery Standards

The launch of e-Service Delivery Standards for Environmental Health and Building Control at the Local E-Gov Expo was postponed for a short period to enable final review and detailed cross-referencing to the Priority Service Outcomes. We believed this would make the Standards more practical and useful to all local authorities.

Both sets of standards have now been approved for publication and can be accessed via the links below. We believe the standards can make an important contribution to improving the quality of local authority e-Environmental Health and e-Building Control services.
